Stepheca M. Sawyer

Stepheca M. Sawyer is the founder of Sawyer Syndicate, LLC which boasts three divisions:

EnterChangent (organizational and professional development), Syndicated Scholars (academic development)

and Prophetic Rhythms (performing arts). She has an extensive background in social issues in management,

program and organizational development, teamwork and leadership training, and media.

 

In addition to these responsibilities, Stepheca is the Associate Dean for the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business

at Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland. At MSMU she is responsible for the school's academic programs and operations, while also serving as Director of the Master of Health Administration Program.

 

Stepheca holds degrees in journalism, business and philosophy;

 and has studied in the United States, the United Kingdom and France. She is an active

 Syndicated Scholars

Syndicated Scholars is the academic division of Sawyer Syndicate, LLC. Our goal is to
provide personal and professional development training as students prepare for their
future careers. We provide training in the areas of public speaking, the job search
process (resume writing and interviewing), the art of networking, leadership training,
team-building, and dining etiquette. It is our goal to fine-tune college students’
business acumen – an important quality in any career field.
